Key Holding and Alarm Response
NSGL Limited believe in providing Security services as they need to be for todays world.
Our alarm response is delivered by our trained Security dog and handler teams for the ultimate deterrent! Welcome to the future of alarm response!!
Responding to an alarm can be stressful, disrupt your personal time and probably your sleep, which could place you in a dangerous situation and as an employer creates issues for lone working.
Using NSGL LTD as a nominated key holder can ease your stress and worries. Our trained security officers will respond day or night and take care of any incident that may arise 24 hours a day 365 days a year in accordance with BS 7984:2008.
We promise to:
- Respond promptly to your alarm activation and other callouts.
- Ensure our contact centre and offices are protected at all times to protect your keys held there.
- Be dedicated to provide you with the highest quality service.
- Ensure that all of our employees are vetted to BS 7858:2006+A2:2009.
- Retain your keys securely and your individual keys will be sealed in pouches and the seal number recorded and only opened in the event of a callout.
- Provide you with an attendance report following a callout and get it to you within 24 hours.
The security officer attending will carry out a full internal and external patrol and only stand down once the premises are secure and alarm reset.
Guard Dog Services
NSGL LTD can provide a trained guard dog and handler as part of a mobile patrol or to form part of a static guard service.
The presence of a guard dog and handler on regular intervals can prove to be a very effective deterrent to anyone wishing to enter your premises illegally.
“In fact we believe that a man with a trained dog can be as effective as 6 men.”
So if you are having a persistant problem or would just like a bit of an extra deterrent than just a static guard then a guard dog and handler maybe what you are looking for.

Manned Guarding Service
NSGL LTD can provide static guards for businesses, reception duties, construction sites and much more.
As they are usually the first people your visitors see all our officers are uniformed and smartly dressed at all times.
Our staff are SIA licensed and vetted to British standards.
Mobile Patrol
We can arrrange for one of our uniformed patrol officers to visit your premises at irregular intervals day or night. This is a cost-effective security service that is ideal for smaller companies. Upon request, the mobile patrol may have a trained guard dog on board (price may vary).
We can also lock or unlock a premises at a pre-determined time and set or unset the alarm.
24 Hour Contact Centre
NSGL LTD offer a round the clock security contact centre providing constant radio and telephone communications for staff engaged on customers sites and as a live point of contact for any emergencies and health and safety checks.
Contact centre facilities can be made available as part of a contract or stand alone for any business that may have concerns over lone working staff.
CCTV and Alarm Monitoring
Monitoring of your alarms and CCTV via our 24 hour contact centre.
Coupled with key holding and an alarm/CCTV monitoring package NSGL LTD provides an effective solution giving you peace of mind, our own dedicated security patrols (many with a dog) can attend your property on an alarm activation and take any necessary action.
Event Security
Ensure your event is trouble free and ask us for a quote for SIA licensed staff, event stewards and if need be a trained dog and handler teams ideal for one off events or on a regular basis.
Add to this our onsite facilities service and we will provide litter pickers and waste control.
ID Cards
Identification is a good way of ensuring the safety of staff and equipment from unwanted visitors.
NSGL LTD can provide professional and personal photo ID cards, no outlay on expensive equipment, designed to your specifications and printed and delivered to your door ready for you to issue.
We offer photo ID (for employees, visitors etc), membership, loyalty, contractor and event/conference cards.
